Lisa Santos brings more than 25 years of experience in sales management and training to her role at Orange Leaf Consulting. Lisa employs superlative sales training, coaching, and leadership skills in her role as OLC Trainer and Coach, as well as professional experience in the fields of health care, real estate, title, escrow, mortgage and insurance.
Her strategic insight and up-to-date industry knowledge inform her work with OLC, overseeing training programs and conducting organizational assessments. She is a certified Dimensions of Professional Sales (DPS) trainer, and her extensive experience as a Sales Management Consultant in the areas of title and escrow has prepared her to help our clients build new growth strategies and take their performance to the next level.
Within these roles, she has consistently been a top producer in strategic planning, identifying key market opportunities, and establishing business partnerships to optimize marketing dollars. Her management experience includes large budget administration, employee hiring, training, oversight, and helping to develop staff into highly motivated sales professionals.
After launching a career in healthcare sales and marketing with Pacificare Health Systems in 1992, Lisa began consulting on a full-time basis in 2002, successfully coaching and training more than 150 sales professionals in a variety of fields.
Most recently, she served as a Senior Sales Trainer with First American Title, coaching and developing sales personnel and management, and creating incentive plans and performance goals.
Lisa’s experience, energy, and interpersonal skills combine to make her a valuable and high-performing member of the Orange Leaf Consulting team. She derives great satisfaction in helping OLC’s clients identify their sales and marketing opportunities and challenges, and strategize to improve operation, establish effective planning and goal-setting strategies, and grow their business.
